"Let the food talk"

Chef and owner Roy Ip believes in letting the food communicate with his customers' palates. His cooking philosophy revolves around thoughtfully pairing the textures of his ingredients, and delivering a subtle flavor and elegant presentation.  Chef Ip is all about unfussy, uncluttered cuisine, free from unnecessary ingredients that mask the true flavors of the dish.

Simple

Respecting the character of the ingredients.

Fresh

Natural, organic, free-range, seasonal… Chef Ip's number-one priority is quality, quality, quality. The homemade organic country bread, pictured above, is made from scratch, every day.

Pure

Using seasoning only to enhance and bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
