Premium grade Ahi tuna 'tartar style' served with fresh avocado, granny smith apple, spicy sesame vinaigrette, and potato gaufrette.
Roasted vegetable terrine (eggplant, bell pepper, zucchini, squash, spinach, gruyere cheese, tomato), fire roasted piquillo pepper coulis.
Home cured duck leg confit served with pink grapefruit, frisée salad, and black truffle vinaigrette.

Organic baby arugula salad served with fresh grapes, shaved premium Parmesan Reggiano cheese, and aged sherry vinaigrette.
