Two seatings will be served on Valentine's Day, Wednesday, February 14, 2018: the first at 5:30 pm, and the second at 8:30 pm. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Non-refundable deposit (prix-fixe, $78.50 per person) will be taken with confirmation over the phone five calendar days before the reservation date (Friday, February 9th, 2017).

Premium grade Ahi tuna served ‘tartar style’ with California avocado, organic granny smith apple, organic micro arugula, spicy sesame vinaigrette, and potato gaufrette.

Homemade lobster bisque served with sautéed black tiger shrimp, lemongrass & cognac.

House-cured duck leg confit served with organic fuji apple, radish, frisée salad, plum & pineapple jam, and black truffle vinaigrette.

Organic mesclun served with warm herbed goat cheese, greenhouse tomato, and dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Roasted Alaskan halibut filet served over trumpet royale mushroom & snow pea ragu, and dijon mustard-muscatel vinaigrette.

Pan-roasted filet mignon (natural angus) served au poivre style with crispy french fries, watercress salad, and brandy-black peppercorn sauce.

Roasted Australian rack of lamb served with sautéed haricots verts, organic black rice accented with roasted eggplant & toasted almonds, and pinot noir sauce.
